Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate, assess, plan, implement, and review patient care plans to ensure safe and comprehensive nursing services.
* Provide expert clinical guidance and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care in line with professional codes of conduct and guidelines.
Leadership and Management
* Lead and develop the multidisciplinary team, promoting an effective learning environment and contributing to the delivery of patient-centered care.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Scope of Practice, provide strong professional leadership, and direct nursing services.
