We are seeking a friendly and reliable Office Administrator to support our construction company's head office in Laghey. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on daily administrative support and smooth office operations.
Main Responsibilities
Front Office Duties
* Answering the main phone line and directing calls
* Sorting, organising, and managing all incoming and outgoing post
Administrative & Support Tasks
* Preparing and maintaining project handover files
* Setting up and organising folders for new and existing sites
* Assisting with documentation for audits and compliance
* Managing eFlow toll accounts and payments
* Coordinating company mobile phones, tracking usage and reviewing bills
* Assisting with setting up alarms/security systems for offices and sites
* Providing general administrative support to company directors
Specialised Admin Duties
* Managing eTenders submissions and document uploads
* Updating company websites with relevant information
* Ordering, maintaining, and tracking office stationery and supplies
General Office Management
* Filing, scanning, digital organisation, and data entry
* Ensuring office records and documentation are kept up to date
Skills & Experience
* Previous office administration experience preferred
* Friendly, reliable, and professional manner
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
