Production Leadership Role

This position entails leading a team of employees with a focus on enhancing quality and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to the team, identifying problems, planning tasks and solutions, and reporting to management on team accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement staffing plans by identifying resource requirements and coordinating the selection process with HR.
* Develop direct reports through appropriate training, challenging tasks, and performance reviews.
* Monitor daily work operations and provide direction to staff to achieve unit goals.
* Interact with internal and external customers by meeting regularly and responding to requests.
* Interpret and execute policies affecting individuals within the assigned organizational unit.
* Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Develop work schedules by assessing priorities, workload, and available resources.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Work Environment
This role will be performed in a quality system environment where adherence to governmental regulations is crucial. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
