Sales + Customer Service Advisor Scientific industry Rapidly growing company Location: North Dublin - you must be commutable to the office 4 days per week Salary: €30,000 - €35,000, plus bonus and benefits THE COMPANY Our client is a leading global company that develops, produces, and distributes niche laboratory equipment to a variety of industries. They also provide process-measuring systems and tailored robotic solutions. The company prioritizes innovation and high-precision instruments, which results in bespoke solutions for their customers. Since being established, they have expanded to be a worldwide company and have been regarded as a trusted supplier to some of the largest manufacturing companies globally. They are rapidly growing the team in Ireland, hiring at least 2 new people to the team every year. Due to their continuous success, they are looking for an Internal Sales Support representative to join their expanding Irish team. YOUR CAREER: Their reputation is superb and the opportunities they can offer their sales + customer service team are considerable. This company offers intensive product and systems training as well as ongoing managerial support, with opportunities to move up the career ladder regularly becoming available As an Internal Sales Rep, you will: Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Sell their entry level equipment to clients over the phone Manage customer interactions, including maintaining detailed records and administration of quotes. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries. Support Credit Control with pricing discrepancies and debt collection when required. Monitor and manage consignment stock levels and replenishments. This role will be 5 days a week in the office for 3-6 months, and will then be a hybrid role with 1 days WFH on offer. What are we looking for? Fluent in English (spoken and written) Ideally, you will be a recent Graduate If you are not a recent graduate, 1-2 years in a similar B2B internal sales role is essential Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving abilities. Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
