Personal Lines Executive - Cork
We are recruiting Personal Lines Executives to manage clients, handle their renewals and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role will be at the forefront of all things insurance.
* We require candidates to ensure renewal terms meet Central Bank requirements.
* Candidates should examine the market for alternative products to suit clients' needs.
* Applicants must update our database to reflect any material changes to policies.
* They will issue revised quotes following policy alterations.
* Liaising with colleagues and insurers is a key part of this role.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ideal candidate is highly organized, diligent and thorough.
* We need team players who are motivated and enthusiastic.
* Candidates must be competent in using databases, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
* Able to learn and adapt quickly.
* Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
* Ideal candidates would have experience in a similar role and hold or be progressing through CIP qualification.
