**Area Sales Manager Position Summary**
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving retail sales performance and strengthening dealer relationships across an assigned region. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in retail car sales, ideally within a franchised dealer environment. They should possess a strong understanding of dealer operations and the retail automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive retail sales volumes, model mix, and profitability in line with company targets
* Support dealers in the execution of retail sales strategies, campaigns, and product launches
* Maintain Hyundai brand standards across the dealer network
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
