The Role:
As Culinary Director, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained. You will be responsible for managing stock, orders, and deliveries, as well as leading, training, and scheduling a strong, motivated team.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving the success of the venue. Your passion for fresh, high-quality food will shine through in your work, and you will be skilled in staff training, motivation, and delegation.

About You:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or similar role
