The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, increasing digital engagement, and driving ticket sales through various channels. This position requires a blend of creative content production and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media Management:Develop and implement a content calendar for key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to align with company objectives.Curate and publish high-quality visual and written content that highlights the tour experience, wildlife sightings, and the Dublin Bay Biosphere.Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports to guide future strategies.Content Production:Capture professional-grade photography and videography during tours and events for use in marketing collateral.Utilise graphic design tools to create promotional materials, brochures, and digital assets that adhere to brand guidelines.Draft compelling copy for the company website, blog, and press releases.Customer Engagement & Administration:Manage online community interactions in a professional manner, including responding to inquiries and reviews on platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google.Assist in the management of the customer database and the execution of email marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential partnership opportunities within the tourism sector.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) is an asset.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.Attributes: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
