Site Construction Manager

As part of our continued growth, our Photovoltaic business unit is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Site Construction Manager (M/F) to oversee the execution of renewable energy projects directly on-site.
Context
As part of our growing activity in Ireland, we are recruiting a Site Construction Manager to oversee the on-site execution of solar PV power plant projects. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with engineering, procurement, and HSE teams, ensuring smooth coordination between all site stakeholders.
Missions
On-Site Construction Management
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and progress
* Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule and key milestones
* Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and company safety culture
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
* Resolve technical and logistical issues on site in real time
Reporting & Coordination
* Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager
* Lead site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
* Track performance against KPIs: Quality, Cost, Time (QCT)
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual obligations
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the main on-site contact for subcontractors, local authorities, and external partners
* Support commissioning activities and ensure a smooth handover at project Provisional Acceptance
Profile :
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Bac +5 or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management, ideally in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector
* Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple contractors
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Fluent in English; familiarity with local Irish construction practices is a plus
* Flexibility for site-based work across the Ireland
