Our work takes place across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, focusing on empowering adults to live fulfilling lives in community-based settings. We strive to deliver life-enhancing care through innovative approaches.
About the Role:
You will work alongside a dynamic and supportive team to promote independence and social inclusion for adults in your care. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Managing or responding to challenging behaviours
* Contributing to and evolving personalised care plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent in Health/Social Care)
* At least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
