Board Director - Brightwater Group - Specialist Accountancy Recruiter
This role is with a leading educational body and is suitable for someone detail-oriented with strong financial administration experience. This role is initially offered on a contract basis and is to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit financial claims and reports to external funders.
* Assist with the financial management of research contracts, including budget monitoring, invoicing, and project close-out.
* Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation in ERP systems.
* Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable
* Support audits by preparing evidence and liaising with stakeholders.
* Follow established financial processes and procedures, and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
* Provide advice and resolve financial queries for researchers and partners.
* Contribute to process improvements and keep up to date with funding requirements.
About You:
* Experience in financial management across financial administration
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
* Available for an immediate start
