Process Development Expert
Job Summary:
As a Process Development Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing of commercial products, technology transfer of new products, and introduction of capacity enablers in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide process engineering support to product supply operations, which includes manual and high-speed automated production lines.
* Support delivery of continuous improvement projects to existing equipment and lead systematic technical root cause investigations.
* Ensure safety compliance, provide technical and engineering support for process and equipment failures, and identify and implement process and product improvements.
* Lead project and process engineering activities related to the development of new and existing manufacturing capacity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in process engineering, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
