**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager

Our organisation is seeking an experienced sales professional to deliver continued growth with our financial services team.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team to exceed sales targets
* Understand and improve sales activity
* Coach and mentor team members to build their skills
* Recruit, hire, and induct new team members
* Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years' experience in life and pensions
* Proven record of excellent communication and relationship management
* Previous experience of leading and motivating a team
* QFA qualified, maintaining CPD requirements
* Strong technical knowledge of financial products structures and processes (an advantage)

As a sales manager, you will work closely with the head of financial services to deliver an excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team to exceed sales targets, improving sales activity, and coaching and mentoring team members to build their skills.

You will need to have a strong understanding of financial products structures and processes, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills. Previous experience of leading and motivating a team is essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with a structured approach to time and resource management. They will also be goal-oriented and ready to take personal responsibility for supporting team members in the Financial Services department.
