**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager
Our organisation is seeking an experienced sales professional to deliver continued growth with our financial services team.

* Manage a team to exceed sales targets

* Recruit, hire, and induct new team members
* Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years' experience in life and pensions
* Proven record of excellent communication and relationship management
* Previous experience of leading and motivating a team
* QFA qualified, maintaining CPD requirements
* Strong technical knowledge of financial products structures and processes (an advantage)
