Social Care Leader Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Professional to join our team in providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people within our residential service. As a Social Care Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our young people to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing guidance and support to the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
* Assessing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person.
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care activities and progress.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent.
* Full, clean, manual driver's license (valid in Ireland).
* Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Experience working in services where TCI is used.
* Minimum 2 years experience working at Social Care grade with young persons.
