Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of bid submissions from start to finish. They will produce high-quality visual content, prepare and proof correspondence, update and monitor databases, forms, documents, and spreadsheets.
A key role in this position involves developing new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities include monitoring procurement portals for project opportunities, reviewing and formatting bid content, printing, posting, packaging, and uploading PQQs/Tenders, managing PQQ logs, coordinating tender submission, receiving client documentation, liaising with clients, completing PQQs/Tenders, producing strong responses, updating standard materials, and assisting team members as a main point of contact.
