Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful project delivery
* Coordinate and manage project teams to achieve project objectives
* Monitor and control project costs and schedules
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
Requirements:
* Quantity Surveying degree qualification
* 5-10 years post-qualification experience in project management
* Strong knowledge of building detail and construction technology
* Excellent written, oral communication, and time management skills
* Good IT skills with competency in relevant surveying/accounting packages
* Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
