Facilities Manager
My client in the energy space are recruiting for a facilities manager.
The purpose of this role is to manage the facilities of the assigned complex to ensure a safe and operative place of work for all employees.
All decisions in relation to managing of the complex need to be in line with the business strategy including the building of the corporate HQ and the future use of the complex.

The Role:
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Manage all aspects of the day to day running of the facilities associated with the complex, including reception, catering, grounds, maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring the complex is accessible and operable at all times.
Manage the onsite security of the complex in line with changing business needs.
Responsible for the tender / procurement of Managed Service Partners and other suppliers, including utilities and the negotiation of services in a cost efficient and effective manner to the Company.
Ensuring compliance with ISO***** and other standards for physical security and business continuity.
Work with the Head of Function in the planning of ongoing and future requests for housing business teams on the complex, to ensure continuity of service by the business at all times.
Be proactive and comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation to ensure the provision of a safe place of work for all occupants of the complex.
This will include closing out on Safety audit actions and responsibility for organising the safety committee.
Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Third level qualification in facilities management or equivalent desirable.
Experience with Facilities management systems, CCTV, BMS and the use of email and Microsoft O365 systems.
