Facilities Technician

We are working with a highly respected, values-driven company to find a Facilities Technician to take ownership of their site facilities in Co. Kildare.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings and equipment.
* Manage site contractors and maintenance schedules.
* Ensure lighting, HVAC, and building systems operate efficiently.
* Maintain accurate service records and improve H&S standards.
* Support site upgrades and office renovations.
* Embed energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
* Ensure compliance for audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a facilities or maintenance role.
* Electrical/mechanical background - ideally with qualifications.
* Strong contractor management and H&S knowledge.
* Skill in preventative maintenance and digital planning tools.
* A team player with initiative, communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
