We have an exciting new opportunity for an Associate Director with a multi-national consultancy!This role leads the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle. You will provide strategic and operational project management, advise clients on cost, programme, risk, and performance, and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver project and programme management services from inception through completion.Advise clients on scope, cost, schedule, risk, and governance.Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary professional teams.Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.Prepare and maintain project controls, including programmes, risk registers, and monthly reports.Establish and apply effective communication and reporting systems.Develop and implement delivery plans to meet agreed objectives.Apply best-practice project management approaches and drive continuous performance improvement.Operate effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.RequirementsProject management qualification (or working toward) with APM, RICS, or equivalent.Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects and/or programmes across the full lifecycle.Background in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities.Significant working knowledge of NEC contracts; accreditation is an advantage.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse client groups.Why This OpportunityThis is a senior role with real influence over major infrastructure delivery, offering scope to shape outcomes, lead teams, and add measurable value for clients and communities.Apply nowif you are ready to take ownership of complex projects and operate at a senior leadership level.
