Job Description
The Customer Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries and requests, coordinating spares fulfillment and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
* Coordinating spares fulfillment and tracking service orders.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service metrics.
* Supporting service engineers and spares coordinators with administrative tasks.
* Assisting in monitoring SLA compliance and reporting on service performance.
