Join Our Team as a General Manager

If so, we want you to be our next General Manager. We are currently planning a whole new refit for our Bar & Restaurant in Swords and want you to be fully involved in this exciting journey.
What You'll Do
* Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Guest Experience: Build strong relationships with our guests, responding to their needs and feedback to enhance their experience.
* Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of restaurant/bar management software and POS systems.
* A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
