Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Specialist
This role is part of a dynamic team that supports the negotiation and management of software contracts from inception to booking. The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Legal, and Commercial Solutions to establish best practices aligned with corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead deals from quote to closing, exercising independent judgment and seeking guidance when needed.
* Navigate organizational structures and build relationships of trust with stakeholders.
* Identify revenue recognition areas of impact and articulate implications to relevant stakeholders.
* Negotiate commercial terms and maintain a holistic assessment of deals.
* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of tools required and identify system issues to solve them.
* Understand products/services, their product families, and add-on components.
* Proactively identify inconsistencies in structuring and coach Sales accordingly.
* Manage customer contracts from initial draft to closure within established guidelines.
Requirements:
* Experience in diverse, multicultural organizations.
* Working experience in IT multinational organizations, telecoms, or sourcing/procurement.
* Negotiator with influencing and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Bachelor's degree in business studies, commerce, finance, law, or related disciplines.
* Fluent French language skills required, Spanish an advantage.
