The successful candidate will play a key role in executing a structured project aimed at streamlining Microsoft license management for hundreds of customers. This initiative involves data handling, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate license renewals.
Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Belfast.
Responsibilities:
GDAP Activation: Enable GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) for hundreds of customers via Nostra's centralized data repository.
License Reporting: Manually generate Microsoft license reports for each customer using Nostra's central platform.
Document Management: Create and organize individual customer folders, uploading each report to its designated location.
Customer Communication: Send templated emails to 400+ customers, providing personalized links to their license reports.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on task completion and overall project progress.
Internal Collaboration: Work with the Manager and Marketing team to develop and distribute targeted email reminders.
Customer & Account Manager Engagement:
* Review license renewal terms and conditions.
* Communicate Microsoft pricing updates.
* Generate and track support tickets for requested changes.
* Schedule updates on Nostra's Microsoft vendor platform.
* Confirm completion of changes and final renewal quantities with customers.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and follow a structured project plan.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
