This requires analysing market trends, customer and competitor dynamics and developing options for growth of the business.Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side, which requires comprehensive analysis to determine the attractiveness and viability of potential investments, to support the decision-making process.Conducting business development activities to win new work. This includes both writing proposals to outline how our services can support clients, as well as identifying potential opportunities with existing clients.Developing a community within the team by building offerings and initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, supporting internal team activities, etc.Skills and attributes for success:Successful candidates are intellectually curious, passionate about solving complex problems, hardworking, have an enthusiastic and approachable demeanour, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
