A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spa Supervisor to join Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort.
Essential Functions:
* Work closely with the Spa Manager and carry out assigned duties
* Maintain high standards in accordance with department SOPs
* Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
* Support the team with daily tasks as needed
* Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
* Oversee treatment bookings and ensure smooth scheduling
* Ensure the staff rota is accurate and updated daily
* Attend relevant training courses
* Mentor junior therapists and assist with training new team members
* Ensure all staff complete their daily duties in line with SOPs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must be professional, well presented, friendly and reliable
* Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
* Must be hard working with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
* Previous experience is desirable
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
