POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Pricing Analyst is a critical enabler within the International Centre of Excellence (ICoE), delivering the analytical backbone and governance mechanisms that underpin Zoetis’ pricing strategy. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Lead and partnering closely with Category Pricing Leads, this role combines hands-on analytics with commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
The Analyst is responsible for developing price guidance, conducting revenue management analysis, and monitoring pricing compliance across markets. The role requires not only technical fluency in data modelling and BI tools but also sound business judgment to evaluate pricing requests and influence strategic decisions across diverse geographies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain pricing guidance for a broad portfolio of products beyond core brands, establishing benchmarks for in-market pricing decisions by Finance Directors.
Review and recommend approval or rejection of pricing exceptions escalated to the central team, acting as a gatekeeper for strategic price deviations.
Build and refine pricing models, analytics, and Power BI dashboards that support annual planning, price corridor design, and commercial decision-making.
Monitor compliance with pricing guidance across all international markets, proactively identifying deviations and working with local teams to address gaps.
Conduct revenue management analysis and scenario modelling to recommend commercial optimization with measurable financial impact.
Support contract pricing and international tenders for Global Strategic Accounts (GSAs), applying a commercially sensitive lens to strategic deals.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations through clear and concise presentations to internal stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or finance roles
* International exposure and experience supporting cross-functional commercial teams
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; SQL and Python/R are a plus
* Knowledge of contract pricing, tender processes, and pricing governance frameworks
* Experience in regulated industries such as animal health, pharma, or diagnostics preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
* Demonstrated ability to guide pricing decisions through structured frameworks and financial modelling
* High attention to detail, with capability to manage compliance monitoring and exception approvals
* Clear communicator with strong storytelling skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
* Familiar with gross-to-net dynamics and commercial pricing governance processes
* Proactive and accountable, with strong prioritization and time management skills
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana/Vistex) desirable
