Meeting, greeting and assisting customers,
* Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
* Operating a busy switchboard.
* Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
* Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Preparing and updating various reports for the Brand Manager.
* Providing administrative support to the Sales Department and Accountant.
* Completing daily reception and sales logs.
* Ownership of vehicles including buy ins, transfer of ownership and stock reporting
* Registering & invoicing new and used vehicles.
* Submitting claim forms for vehicle support (Distributor claims / SEAI claims).
* Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
* Guaranteeing all catering supplies for the Coffee Lounge are in stock, fresh, well presented and accessible to customers.
* Requisitioning stationary supplies.
* Maintaining the showroom/customer waiting areas.
* Various ad-hoc duties.
