Meeting, greeting and assisting customers,
Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
Operating a busy switchboard.
Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
Preparing and updating various reports for the Brand Manager.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Department and Accountant.
Completing daily reception and sales logs.
Ownership of vehicles including buy ins, transfer of ownership and stock reporting
Registering & invoicing new and used vehicles.
Submitting claim forms for vehicle support (Distributor claims / SEAI claims).
Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Guaranteeing all catering supplies for the Coffee Lounge are in stock, fresh, well presented and accessible to customers.
Requisitioning stationary supplies.
Maintaining the showroom/customer waiting areas.
Various ad-hoc duties.
