We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, maintain an organised workspace, and follow all kitchen quality and hygiene standards. We are seeking someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of food
* Keep the kitchen, utensils, and work areas clean and organised.
* Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
* Support the chef and the rest of the team with daily tasks.
* Help reduce waste and ensure proper use of ingredients.
* Replenish items as needed during kitchen operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the area (preferred but not essential).
* Valid Work Permit.
* Agility, good organisational skills, and commitment to cleanliness.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Availability to work weekends.
