About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated
Grade 3 Clerical Officer
to join our client's team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties.
Manage and maintain IT systems and software packages, including
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
.
Handle incoming phone calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
Populate and maintain Excel templates accurately.
Provide general office support and assist colleagues as required.
Carry out typing and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure all work is completed in line with
Health and Safety
requirements.
Undertake other
ad hoc duties
as assigned.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, with
strong Excel skills
being essential.
Tech-savvy
with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong
administrative and organisational skills
.
Excellent
attention to detail
and high typing accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Garda Vetting
is not required for this role.
