About the RoleSenior Technical Project Manager will leadstrategic and operational projects within the PMO team, ensuring timelydelivery of value across multiple initiatives. This role requires strongleadership, organisational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functionalglobal teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment delivering against organizationgoals. The focus of this role is on the Technical driven initiatives andproviding some technical expertise when it comes to removing blockers andensuring the teams are progressing. ​Key Responsibilities​Agile Project Planning and Delivery · Define project scope, charter,objectives, and schedules aligned with organisational goals.· Use agile framework in additionto other project management frameworks and methods to manage the projecteffectively · Build, maintain, andcommunicate delivery plans, sprint schedules, roadmaps, and team metrics.· Ensure comprehensivecommunication plans are in place for all cross functional and multi-deptcommunications​Stakeholder Management and Facilitation· Act as the primary point ofcoordination across business, technology, and external partners· Communicate effectively with scrumteams, leadership, product teams and other internal teams.· Organise and lead projectmeetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.· Facilitate workshops andmeetings with clear agendas and actionable outputs​Risk & Issue Management · Identify risks, manage issuesand removing impediments, and implement corrective actions promptly.​Process Improvement and Governance· Ensure compliance withorganizational delivery frameworks, governance checkpoints, and qualitystandards. · Use data and metrics to manageperformance and forecast delivery. · Drive retrospectives andimplement actionable improvements to optimize delivery flow.​Team Leadership· Build strong relationshipsacross senior management and project teams.· Foster a collaborative,empowered, and safe team environment.​Experiences and Skills· Bachelor's degree in computerscience, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.· 6+ years of experience in Agileproject management in software development environment for large scaletechnology projects. · Project Managementcertification and Agile certification, such as PMI, Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar Agile certification.· Proven experience runningmultiple cross functional projects through to completion. · Strong knowledge of Agileframeworks and other Project Management frameworks. · Strong verbal, written,presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.· Excellent facilitation skillswith small, medium and large groups. · Proficient in Agile tools(e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).· Strong attention to detail andfocus on task completion. · Strong critical thinkingskills, is organized and quality focused. · Ability to thrive in afast-paced and changing environment.· Must be able to travelinternationally several times a year.​Preferred · Experience with scaling Agileframeworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).· Knowledge of DevOps practicesand principles.· Experience in Cloud platformtechnology· Experience in a similarindustry or domain is a plus.· Knowledge of BI Tools. ​About MCO (MyComplianceOffice)MCO is a globalleader dedicated to empowering Financial Services firms to manage complianceprograms with ease and efficiency.
