Our client, a leading construction firm with a strong presence in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (senior level) to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost plans, and estimates
* Monitor project costs, highlight variances, and implement cost-saving measures
* Prepare tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and manage procurement processes
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contractual correspondence
* Support senior management in commercial reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proficiency in cost management and estimating software
