Assistant Technical Project Manager – HealthcareDonegal | 12-Month Contract | €59,659An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Technical Project Manager to join a busy team in Donegal, working on a major 110-bed community hospital project due for completion in 2026.The Role:You'll deliver capital works programmes across a healthcare portfolio, managing both major and minor projects from brief through to completion. This includes budget preparation, tender management, contractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with procurement and building regulations.You'll need:Level 8 degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, OR chartered membership of SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland or RIAIMinimum 5 years' experience in construction project management, building design, or M&E servicesKnowledge of EU procurement and public works contractsStrong IT skills including AutoCAD and MS ProjectOwn transport (travel between sites required)Desirable:Healthcare or public sector construction experienceFamiliarity with HIQA standardsExperience with energy efficiency and sustainability in buildingsThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship healthcare project in the North West.To apply or for a confidential discussion, contact CMI Recruitment.
