About the Role

Our client is seeking an Auditor to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance standards across their operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits in line with ISO 9001, UFAS, NOPS, and other safety standards.
* Prepare and review SOPs to ensure alignment with legislation, certification standards, and best practices.
* Support teams in identifying non-conformances and developing CAPAs following internal and external audits.
* Assist with the development and delivery of staff training related to quality, compliance, and audit findings.
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices, sharing updates with colleagues and supporting the Quality Manager in implementing changes.
* Support the preparation and response for external audits (certification bodies and regulatory agencies), ensuring timely completion of CAPAs.
* Conduct supplier and service provider audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

* Strong knowledge of QMS – particularly ISO 9001, UFAS, NOPS, GMP
* Proven experience in internal auditing, including audit planning, execution, and reporting.
* Proficiency in document control and SOP management with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes and implementing CAPAs.
* Experience with SAP or similar systems for managing quality data and audit records (SAP experience preferred).
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking audit metrics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
* Confident trainer and facilitator, capable of supporting and delivering staff training on quality and compliance.
* Strong report writing and presentation abilities.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously.
