Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility within Global Talent Acquisition, this role owns offer letter creation and process execution for mobility requisitions, partnering tightly with Global Mobility, TA Ops, HR, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate transitions.Offer Letter & Requisition ExecutionOwn offer‑letter creation, routing, and release for mobility requisitions, ensuring clauses, approvals, and compensation details align with policy and manager intentBe the primary mobility recruiting operations contact to keep candidates and managers informed on offer and relocation milestones; proactively escalate blockersCross‑Functional Partnership & ConsultationServe as a consultant to managers and the business, ensuring compliance with internal and global mobility policies and processesPartner with Global Mobility team to validate eligibility, policy selection, and relocation components (domestic, international, entity transfer)Coordinate with TA Ops, HR and Hiring Managers to ensure all critical information is documented and trackedEnsure audit‑ready documentation and adherence to internal hand‑offs.Project Management & Tech IntegrationMaintain up‑to‑date playbooks/SOPs, contribute to job aids, and surface process improvement opportunitiesServe as the primary point of contact and mobility recruiting operations expert for mobility recruiting projectsProvide mobility recruiting expertise on tech integration projects; contribute to product requirement gathering, based on operational expertiseQualificationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience owning and improving cross-functional processesStrong attention to detailProject and program management skillsBenefits offered are described:AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
