Job Title: Operations / Admin Coordinator Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Salary: 30,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations/Admin Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting daily business operations and contributing to a smooth-running office environment. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Compile and maintain regular reports related to operations, finance, and other KPIs. Device Setup & Management: Configure and distribute tablets and related equipment to team members. Uniform & Supplies Management: Order and manage clothing, uniforms, and other essential supplies. Fuel Card Coordination: Organise and maintain records for fuel card distribution and usage. Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients, handling requests and ensuring smooth service delivery. General Office Support: Carry out a variety of administrative and ad hoc office duties as needed.
