The RoleAs the EMEA HR Business Partner, you will support multiple ALS Mineral sites across Europe, reporting directly to the HR Country Manager (Ireland), with dotted-line reporting to the GM Europe and functional alignment with the Head of HR Western Europe.You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving HR priorities, ensuring policy alignment across the region, embedding a strong HSE and wellbeing culture, and delivering people initiatives that support business performance. This role requires strong partnering capability, the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions, and confidence influencing at all levels.The Day-to-DayIn this role, you will:Advise senior leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational changes.Lead compensation and benefits activities, including regional salary grid management.Standardise HR policies, systems, and processes, and support HR technology implementation.Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and HSE standards across all sites.Coordinate recruitment, selection, and head-hunting activities as needed.Deliver HR reporting, including monthly HR metrics and quarterly exit summaries.Conduct HR audits and coordinate training and development activities regionally.Support performance management, competency development, and employee engagement initiatives.The EssentialsWe're looking for someone who has:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline.At least 5 years of HR advisory experience, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.Up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and the ability to apply it confidently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and locations.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.A hands-on, flexible, and adaptable approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.Benefits:Healthcare after 2 yearsIncreasing annual leave with length of serviceService AwardsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSports & Social Club
