* Job Responsibilities:
o Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen and cooking operations.
o Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff.
o Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and dietary requirements.
o Assist in creating new menu items and seasonal dishes.
o Ensure food preparation and storage areas are hygienic and comply with safety standards.
o Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
o Maintain accurate records of food inventory, wastage, and cost control.
o Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
