Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers Allocate resources to meet business and client needs Coach, mentor, and support team development, 1- 2- 1s Monitor workflows, outputs, and performance Handle recruitment, performance reviews, and development plans Deliver exceptional service to your client portfolio Resolve complex client and insurer queries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Promote continuous learning and process improvement Ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelines What Youll Need: Strong leadership and team management skills At least 4-6 years insurance experience CIP or ACII qualified Track record of excellent client service Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and technical accuracy Confidence using digital tools (Excel, Word)
