Job Title:
Customer Experience Ambassador
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Experience Ambassador to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences by actively listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions.
* Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a patient and professional manner.
* Promote self-service initiatives and encourage customers to use the My3 app.
* Sell products and services to customers in an approachable and personable manner.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support, motivate, and encourage each other to succeed and achieve targets.
* Liaise with the wider business to provide prompt solutions to customers.
* Show initiative and continuously look for improvements in processes or services.
* Be open to taking on extra responsibilities, such as cash management, mentoring, and back office administration.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
* Demonstrate responsibility for retail policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-facing role.
* Flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn with excellent communication skills.
* Confident and sociable team player with ability to work towards individual and team goals.
* Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual.
* Strong attention to detail and good negotiating skills.
