About the Role:

* We are seeking a Customer Experience Team Manager to lead our store team and provide exceptional service to customers.

* You will be responsible for leading the team to follow store policies, standards, and practices, and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders.

* You will also be a positive role model to the team, representing our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, and Integrity.
">
* You will train, manage the workload, and support your team, while being hands-on in-store to ensure you work together to achieve the right resources in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience.

* You will support the Store Manager to maximise store performance, which includes understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities.

Requirements:
">
">
* You must be aged 18 years or over and have previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment.
">
* You should have a natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members, and be target-driven to help the store achieve its business plans/priorities.
">
* You should be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
