IT Owner
to take end-to-end responsibility for the day-to-day operation, stability, and performance of the Temenos banking platform in Ireland. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong technical background, deep knowledge of Temenos, and the ability to act as the primary on-the-ground technical resource.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily running and technical performance of the Temenos platform in Ireland
* Serve as the on-site expert and first point of escalation for all platform-related issues
* Ensure system stability, availability, and operational excellence
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
* Monitor system health, perform routine checks, and manage maintenance activities
* Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
* Drive continuous improvement of the platform's reliability and efficiency
* Maintain clear technical documentation and operational processes
* Ensure compliance with internal IT, risk, and security standards
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven track record working with the Temenos platform
(T24 / Transact or related Temenos modules)
* Strong understanding of core banking systems and end-to-end operational workflows
* Hands-on technical experience in system administration, environment support, or platform ownership
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
* Experience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred)
