Role/Department
The Transfer Agency department offers third-party fund administration services, covering shareholder servicing functions such as dealing, registration, finance, and investor services. The department is expanding across four locations: Limerick, Dublin, India, and Pune, offering a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.
The Registration Team creates and maintains investment records for clients, adhering to regulatory and operational standards. The partner will report to the Team Leader, manage a client portfolio, support junior team members, and identify process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily processing, quality checks, and assurance activities.
* Oversee processing quality and timeliness, liaising with local management in Bangalore.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the India TA team.
* Generate daily client reports on registration status.
* Manage workflow queues and analyze data.
* Meet monthly KPIs.
* Maintain procedures following change control processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
* Collaborate on projects with internal teams.
* Maintain segregation of duties controls.
Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in the Financial Services industry.
* Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and current regulatory environment.
* Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements.
* Ability to work independently.
* Customer service experience.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
