About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
* Oversee restaurant floor operations, including customer service delivery, staffing, rotas, hiring, training, and stock management
* Drive sales growth, maintain high standards, and coordinate catering bookings, menu planning with the head chef, and logistics
* Monitor supplier relations, cost controls, food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards
* Respond to customer feedback and handle operational issues professionally
* Understand and manage key business metrics (KPIs)
* Contribute to strategic business planning and development
Requirements:
* A self-motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service standards and driving business growth
* Strong communication skills, leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities
* Confidence in working front-of-house and behind the scenes with administration
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a 'Can do' Attitude
* Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or catering management
* Ability to act as a brand ambassador and promote our values and services
