Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounts department. The role will involve managing the day-to-day financial operations, including data inputting into our accounting system, processing invoices and preparing vat returns, and generating online banking payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to directors
* Processing invoices and preparing vat returns
* Preparing bank reconciliations
* Processing payroll
* Generating all online banking payments
* Filing returns on ROS
* Preparing weekly KPI reports for management
* Assisting with month end reporting
* Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Sage accounting software.
