Structural Engineer Location: Dublin (Office-based with occasional site visits nationwide) Company Type: Specialist Safety at Height / Access Engineering Contractor Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 DOE Job Type: Permanent Our client, a leading specialist contractor in safety at height and safe access systems, is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing Dublin-based team.
Responsibilities: - Review tender packages, architectural and structural drawings, and technical specifications - Undertake structural design calculations and prepare technical submissions - Carry out safety at height gap analysis and provide engineering solutions - Produce layout drawings and support design approvals with clients and design teams - Attend pre-award and technical coordination meetings - Review on-site changes and provide engineering support to project delivery teams - Assist with installation certification, handover documentation and design records - Manage multiple live project packages simultaneously - Liaise closely with clients, architects, contractors and internal project teams Requirements: - Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering - 4+ years experience in structural design or related engineering role - Experience reviewing drawings, calculations and technical submittals - Strong understanding of steelwork, fixings, loadings and connection details desirable - Experience in safe access / fall protection / secondary steel / specialist access systems advantageous - Strong communication and project coordination skills - Procore experience an advantage Contact: | for more information on this role.
