Training Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver training programs related to regulatory technology solutions.
* Focusing on developing and delivering training programs related to regulatory technology solutions at AQMetrics.
* On boarding new employees and associated training, including global training responsibilities for US, UK, and Luxembourg employees.
* Continuously assessing training needs, creating educational materials, and ensuring employees stay updated on compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
* Reviewing and selecting training partners and providers, managing training budget, and evaluating training effectiveness.
About You:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training focused role.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally.
* A proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving.

2. A technical assessment (role-dependent) and/or phone interview with 1-2 people.
