Job Overview:
You will be part of the Workplace Solutions Global Operations Business Change Management team, providing support and oversight across various critical operational areas.
The role involves conducting cross-border country-specific investigations and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to cross-border rules and regulations.
Your work will directly impact business decisions within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Produce regulatory and business reports for cross-border management and other areas as required
* Analyze datasets to generate key insights for business reporting and monitor KPIs
* Develop and deliver presentations on key business metrics
* Elevate anomalies or areas of concern to relevant business and control partners as needed
* Support process evaluation, mapping, design, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
* Author and maintain procedural documents and collaborate with the team to roll out training programs and job aids
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action items
* Lead ad hoc operational issues within the business management function
