Job Title: Human Resource Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, you will play a vital role in driving business performance management and ensuring the success of our organization.
Main Duties:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve HR-related KPIs and drive business results.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
* Provide expert advice and support on complex people-sensitive issues.
* Lead workforce planning initiatives, including gap analysis and recruitment efforts.
* Develop succession plans to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
* Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
* Provide accurate HR advice and support to management and staff.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or related field, with CIPD qualification preferred.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior HR role or equivalent experience in hospitality.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and policies.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
* Experience in the Irish hospitality industry essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
