An established and growing distributor of specialist technology solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive to join its sales team. This role plays a key part in supporting) business growth and customer satisfaction through the effective management of customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and account relationships. THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE IN DUBLIN 12. Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and ensure their needs are met through proactive communication and excellent service. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and service information. Work closely with the external sales team to prepare customer quotations and proposals that support business growth. Manage and maintain existing customer accounts, building strong long-term relationships. Process customer quotations, sales orders, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Review outstanding order reports daily and liaise with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules. Provide administrative and commercial support to management and senior leadership. Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries. Monitor stock levels and prepare reports and recommendations for management. Requirements Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service, sales support, or account management role. B2B Experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
