Job Title: Risk Management Specialist
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting management to manage risk for our clients and help them build resilient businesses.
About the Role:
The Senior Consultant within the Financial Services team at our organization will be responsible for organizing audits, including determining timelines, assigning staff, and structuring the audit process. They will also support the overall audit process, investigate and resolve clients' technical inquiries, and collaborate with clients to understand their business and build long-lasting relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Risk Management and Advisory:
• Organizing audits, including determining timelines, assigning staff, and structuring the audit process.
• Supporting the overall audit process, including the preparation and review of audit documentation.
• Investigating and resolving clients' technical inquiries.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business and build long-lasting relationships.
* Team Leadership:
• Coaching and guiding the growth of trainees to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Contributing to the training of staff by leading training sessions.
• Working closely with management to ensure effective client service delivery.
* Proactive Collaboration:
• Working proactively, managing tasks independently while actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Regularly communicating with management to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and offering additional client services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold ACA or ACCA qualifications or equivalent from a recognized international accounting institution with relevant experience in internal audit and systems/controls testing. You should also demonstrate a good understanding of Financial Services gained through 2 or more years' relevant experience in the sector.
